believes training is the foundation the "House OF Success" is built on. Training is far-reaching and never ending. It must include
the F&I Managers and everyone within the dealership from the Warranty Clerk to the General Manager.

within the dealership, and external, outside the dealership. They range from one-on-one individualized F&I training
on an ongoing basis to sales meetings, formalized basic F&I managers training, advanced F&I training, sales and
management training, service department training as it pertains to service contracts and up selling customers on
service department specials, and one day specialized training seminars. Training and the follow up are the keystones of any successful program.
